摘要
在逆作法施工中,一般以地下室顶板为界面层,向上施工主体结构,向下开挖土方并施工地下室结构,导致施工电梯基础无法像常规项目设置在顶板上并下设回顶支撑。为解决以顶板为界的逆作法项目施工电梯基础无法回顶的问题,需找到一种与地下室顶板相结合的免回顶支撑施工电梯基础。该文以勤诚达云邸项目施工电梯基础深化设计为例,仔细分析施工电梯基础定位位置、原有结构梁板位置及受力要求,通过改变板厚度、调整配筋、增加受力梁和把控施工过程等,详细阐述逆作法项目中施工电梯基础与地下室顶板一体化、免回顶支撑的深化设计思路与施工要点。
In the top-down construction,the basement roof is generally used as the interface layer,the main structure is constructed upward,the earthwork is excavated downward and the basement structure is constructed,so that the construction elevator foundation can not be set on the roof and back to the top support like the conventional project.In order to solve the problem that the elevator foundation of the top-down construction project bounded by the roof can not return to the roof,it is necessary to find a kind of non-return roof support construction elevator foundation which is combined with the basement roof.Taking the deepening design of the elevator foundation of Qinchengda Yundi Project as an example,this paper carefully analyzes the positioning position of the elevator foundation,the beam and slab position of the original structure and the stress requirements of the construction elevator foundation.By changing the thickness of the plate,adjusting the reinforcement,increasing the stress beam,and controlling the construction process,this paper expounds in detail the deepening design ideas and construction points of the integration of elevator foundation and basement roof and non-return roof support in the top-down construction project.
