摘要
信息技术在档案管理中的广泛应用,档案管理信息化是自身发展的必然趋势。学生档案资源管理系统是高校记录学生在校学习状况的重要工具,对于学生的在校管理及就业指导有着不可替代的重要作用。档案的存储方式会影响档案保存寿命,需要利用数字技术,逐步建立档案数据库,提高学生档案的管理水平。因此,信息化管理路径已成为当前学生档案管理的必然选择。文章详细介绍附属医院学生档案管理系统的设计思路,对学生档案管理系统的相关功能根据使用需求进行设计,对数据库进行编程与设计,并介绍管理系统的信息化实现路径,旨在进一步提升附属医院档案管理工作的信息化水平。
The extensive application of information technology in archival management,informatization management of archives is the inevitable trend of its own development.Students archives resource management system is an important tool to record students'learning status in colleges and universities.It plays an irreplaceable role in students'management and employment guidance.The storage mode of archives will affect the preservation life of archives,so it is necessary to use digital technology to establish gradually the archives database and improve the management level of students'archives.Therefore,informatization management path has become an inevitable choice of current students archival management.This paper introduces the design idea of the students'archival management system of the affiliated hospital in detail,designs the relevant functions of the students'archival management system according to the needs of use,programs and designs the database,and introduces to the informatization realization path of the management system,in order to further improve the informatization level of the archival management in affiliated hospitals.
