摘要
为了解长沙市基层动物病原微生物实验室生物安全工作现状,以便加强实验室生物安全管理,自2019年以来长沙市连续4年开展动物病原微生物实验室生物安全专项检查,调查基层实验室的硬件设施、人员配备、检测活动和废弃处理等情况,发现存在建设不规范、管理缺失、制度不全、人员能力不足等生物安全管理方面的问题。长沙市通过督查整改、培训宣传和举办应急演练等措施,进一步提升了基层实验室整体生物安全水平。建议今后继续强化安全生产责任,完善实验设施设备,推动专业队伍建设等,进一步确保动物病原微生物实验室的生物安全与检测准确。
In order to investigate the bio-safety status in animal pathogenic microbiology laboratories at the grassroots level in Changsha City,and to improve the bio-safety management,special examinations for these laboratories had been conducted for four consecutive years since 2019 to investigate their infrastructures,staffing,test operations,disposal of wastes,etc.,such shortcomings as non-standard construction,lack of management,incomplete systems and insufficient capabilities of staff were found.The bio-safety level of these laboratories was generally improved through supervision and rectification,intensifying of training and publicity as well as emergency exercises.It was recommended to strengthen the responsibility for production safety,improve the facilities and devices for experiments and build professional teams,so as to further ensure the bio-safety level and accurate tests of the laboratories.
