摘要
主要从膨胀型钢结构防火涂料的角度介绍无卤阻燃剂的应用现状,指出在当下环保的高标准、严要求下,无卤和绿色环境友好型阻燃剂是未来发展的趋势和主流。目前在膨胀型钢结构防火涂料的实际应用中,在提高无卤阻燃剂阻燃效果的同时,也要考虑其本身的耐水性等性能,无卤阻燃剂的协同复合和对其进行表面改性处理、包覆等是比较有效的技术方案。
This paper mainly introduces the application status of halogen-free flame retardants from the perspective of expansion type steel structure fireproof coatings.It points out that under the current high standards and strict requirements of environmental protection,halogen-free and green environmentally friendly flame retardants are the trend and mainstream of future development.Currently,in the practical application of expansion type structure fireproof coatings,while improving the flame retardant effect of halogen-free flame retardants,their own water resistance and other properties should also be considered.The synergistic recombination of halogen-free flame retardants and their surface modification and coated technology are effective technical solutions.
