客运列车智能上水系统的研究

摘要 针对铁路上水作业存在的时间短、任务重、人工依赖程度高等问题,提出一种智能上水解决方案。该方案基于单片机、传感器和物联网等技术实现了遥控上水、实时采集数据、监控作业状态、自动脱管、归位监测、异常告警等功能,并通过物联网将实时数据传输存储到服务器进行在线分析监测。系统可提高作业效率,弥补容易出现的管理漏洞和安全风险,降低人员及设备安全隐患。 A smart water supply solution is proposed to address the issues of short time,heavy workload,and high dependence on manual labor in railway water supply operations.This solution is based on technologies such as microcontrollers,sensors,and the Internet of Things to achieve functions such as remote water supply,real-time data collection,monitoring of operation status,automatic disconnection,positioning monitoring,and abnormal alarms.Real time data is transmitted and stored to servers for online analysis and monitoring through the Internet of Things.The system can improve work efficiency,compensate for management loopholes and security risks that are prone to occur,and reduce safety hazards for personnel and equipment.
