摘要
国内外环境的变换以及各突发事件的冲击对装配式建筑供应链的运营带来了严峻挑战,链中企业呈现出较高的脆弱性。为保障装配式建筑供应链安全与稳定,基于供应链脆弱性定义,从装配式建筑供应链所存在问题展开探讨,以建设方、施工方、供货商与消费者四个角度阐述装配式建筑供应链脆弱性成因,分析各扰动因素对供应链脆弱性的影响路径,提出可通过加强应急管理能力、数字化管理水平以及创新能力等方式改善供应链脆弱性,以期促进装配式建筑高质量发展,为供应链的安全稳定运行提供理论参考。
The change of domestic and foreign environment and the impact of various emergencies have brought severe challenges to the operation of the prefabricated building supply chain,and the enterprises in the chain have shown high vulnerability.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the prefabricated construction supply chain,based on the definition of supply chain vulnerability,this paper discusses the existing problems of the prefabricated construction supply chain,expounds the causes of vulnerability of the prefabricated construction supply chain from the perspectives of builders,constructors,suppliers and consumers,and analyzes the influencing paths of each disturbance factor on the supply chain vulnerability.It is suggested that the vulnerability of supply chain can be improved by strengthening emergency management ability,digital management level and innovation ability,so as to promote the high quality development of prefabricated buildings and provide theoretical reference for the safe and stable operation of supply chain.
