摘要
文中基于提升架桥机架设小半径曲线桥梁的能力、安全可靠性和自动化程度为目的,通过采取在架桥机支腿内加设回转支承装置等的系列技术创新与改进措施,实现了小半径曲线匝道桥架桥机的自动化转弯过孔,解决了架桥机在大纵坡、大横坡、小半径曲线、窄幅桥面等不利施工条件并存的情况下安装预制梁的难题,突破了公路架桥机架设小半径曲线桥梁的技术瓶颈,为以后同类型工程提供了一定借鉴参考。
In order to improve the ability,safety,reliability and automation of the bridge erecting machine in the erection of bridges with small radius curves,a series of technical innovations and improvement measures such as installing slewing support devices in the legs of the bridge erecting machine have been taken to realize the automatic turning through holes of the bridge erecting machine for ramp bridges with small radius curves,which has solved the installation problem of prefabricated beams under unfavorable construction conditions such as large longitudinal slope,large transverse slope,small radius curved bridge deck and solved the technical bottleneck of the bridge erecting machine for bridges with small radius curves and provides a reference for similar projects in the future.
