摘要
随着社会经济不断发展,传统的财务管理模式已经无法满足企业发展要求,推进财务管理转型已是大势所趋,业财融合应运而生。业财融合将业务和财务有效融合,推动实现企业战略发展目标。在业财融合背景下,财务人员要积极转型,转变思维方式,深入了解业务,学习新技术,不断提高自身综合素质。基于此,阐述了业财融合的内容,以及企业实施业财融合的必要性,分析了业财融合背景下企业财务人员转型存在的问题,并提出了业财融合背景下企业财务人员转型的策略。
With the continuous development of the social-economic landscape,traditional financial management models are no longer sufficient to meet the demands of enterprise development.The transformation of financial management is an inevitable trend,and business and financial integration has emerged as a response to this need.Business and financial integration effectively integrates business and financial,facilitating the achievement of corporate strategic development goals.In the context of business and financial integration,financial personnel need to proactively transform themselves by changing their mindset,gaining a deeper understanding of business operations,learning new technologies,and continually improving their overall competencies.This paper elaborates on the content of business and financial integration,discusses the necessity of its implementation in enterprises,analyzes the challenges faced by financial personnel in the transformation under the backdrop of business and financial integration,and proposes strategic approaches for the transformation of enterprise financial personnel in this context.
