摘要
酚醛树脂泡沫快速的发泡性能和高膨胀倍数,能够使其在极短的时间将煤矿冒落区的大空穴充满,并具有一定的支撑能力,而发泡剂和助剂是影响酚醛树脂泡沫的主要因素,对物理发泡剂和化学发泡剂进行了比较,测试了膨胀倍数、最高反应温度、抗压强度、固化时间和泡孔结构等指标。研究结果表明,相同量的化学发泡剂要优于物理发泡剂,而将两者混合使用后可以取得更好的发泡效果;随着发泡剂添加酚醛树脂泡沫膨胀倍数逐渐增加,当膨胀倍数超过40倍后其抗压强度将低于标准指标要求,因此膨胀倍数在25~40倍时为最佳;添加高热容助剂可以有效降低最高反应温度,但添加量过大时会延长酚醛树脂泡沫的固化时间导致成型慢,进而影响施工效果,因此助剂添加量在10%~15%时,可以有效降低最高反应温度,并对固化时间影响较小。
The rapid foaming performance and high foaming ratio of phenolic resin foam can help it fill the large cavity of coal mine caving area in a very short time with a certain supporting ability.Foaming agent and additives agent are the main factors affecting phenolic resin foam.Physical foaming agent and chemical foaming agent were compared from foaming factor,maximum reaction temperature,compressive strength,curing time,bubble structure and other indicators.The results show that the effect of chemical foaming agent is better than physical foaming agent with same amount,while better foaming effect can be obtained when the two are mixed.With the addition of foaming agent,the foaming factor of phenolic resin foam increases,and when the foaming factor exceeds 40 times,its compressive strength will be lower than the standard index requirements,and it is the best when the foaming ratio is 25-40 times.The addition of additives with high calorific value can effectively reduce the maximum reaction temperature,however,excessive addition will prolong the curing time of phenolic resin foam,resulting in slow molding,affecting the construction effect.Therefore,when the amount of additives added is between 10%and 15%,it can effectively reduce the maximum reaction temperature and have little effect on the curing time.
