摘要
目的:研究对于膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者关节镜术后标准化康复护理的实施效果。方法:于2021年8月至2022年8月蚌埠医学院第二附属医院接受关节镜术治疗的KOA患者中随机抽取50例,分为对照组(25例,常规护理)和观察组(25例,标准化康复护理),对比实施效果。结果:观察组护理3d症状、护理7d症状显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组Lysholm评分、膝关节曲度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组VAS、ADL评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(76.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:对于膝关节骨性关节炎患者接受关节镜术治疗后采取标准化康复护理可有效促进症状的缓解,同时促进膝关节功能的恢复,有利于减轻其疼痛感,从而实现术后生活质量的改善。
Objective:To study the implementation effect of standardized rehabilitation nursing for patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA)after arthroscopic surgery.Methods:50 KOA patients who received arthroscopic treatment in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from August 2021 to August 2022 were randomly selected and divided into the control group(25 cases,conventional nursing)and the observation group(25 cases,standardized rehabilitation nursing).The implementation effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing symptoms for 3d and 7d in the observation group was significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Lysholm score and knee curvature in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).VAS and ADL scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized rehabilitation nursing for patients with knee osteoarthritis after arthroscopic treatment can effectively promote the relief of symptoms,and promote the recovery of knee function.It is beneficial for reducing pain,so as to achieve postoperative life quality improvement.
