摘要
目前限界软件存在限界设计的前置数据无数据拼合、无整体性分析、建筑限界设计内容缺失以及未适配不同车型的绘图计算等诸多问题。本文针对上述问题,设计一种综合性的城轨限界设计软件,使设计人员能够快速、准确地画出包含所有限界控制内容的限界设计图纸。软件以相关规范给出的限界计算方法以及设计要求为基础,基于AutoCAD2018-2022制图软件的二次开发,将限界设计流程及设计方法固化。该软件具有适应各类设计工况、非标车型、模块化建筑限界设计、系统集成化的特点,在限界设计通用化、系列化、标准化的基础上,实现了自动化与数据+图形交付,降本增效。最后通过应用实例验证软件使用效果,结果表明,该软件满足设计需求,有望更进一步实现限界全自动成图。
At present,existing boundary software has many usage problems such as no data integration of pre-da-ta for boundary design,no holistic analysis,lack of architectural boundary design content,and failure to adapt to the drawing calculations of different vehicle models.Therefore,this article proposes a comprehensive urban rail gauge design software to address the above issues,which enables designers to quickly and accurately draw the control content of all gauges The software is based on the limit calculation methods and design requirements given by specifications.It is based on the secondary development of AutoCAD2018-2022 drawing software and solidi-fies the limit design process and design method.The software has the characteristics of boundary design that a-dapts to various design conditions,non-standard vehicle models,modular building boundary design,and system integration.On the basis of universality,serialization,and standardization of boundary design,it realizes auto-mation and data+graphics delivery,reduce costs and increase efficiency.Finally,an application example is given to verify the effect of using the software.The test results show that the software meets the design needs and is expected to further realize fully automatic drawing of boundaries.
