摘要
为了能够从根本上提升科技创新人才培养效果,本文就从科技创新人才培养意义、培养现状以及新时期人才培养路径三个方面进行了深入的探讨和分析。通过本文分析可以看出,科技人才是推动经济发展和社会进步的核心要素,加强科技人才培养与科技创新发展协同可以为更好地发挥人才对科技创新的支撑作用提供有力保障,更好地发挥人才对科技创新的支撑作用,有利于推动经济社会发展。
In order to fundamentally improve the effect of scientific and technological innovation talent cultivation,this paper conducts an in-depth discussion and analysis on three aspects:the significance of scientific and technological innovation talent cultivation,the current situation of cultivation,and the path of talent cultivation in the new era.Through the analysis of this paper,scientific and technological talents are the core elements to promote economic development and social progress,and strengthening the coordination between the scientific and technological talent cultivation and the scientific and technological innovation and development can provide a strong guarantee for better playing the supporting role of talents in scientific and technological innovation,which is conducive to promoting economic and social development.
