摘要
随着国防科技成果可供用户利用数据的多元化、异构化、海量化,以及其跨学科、跨领域特征的日益明显,传统的检索方法已达不到用户对于国防科技成果信息获取的精准化和智能化需求。本文分析了国防科技报告的特点,阐述分步构建国防科技成果知识图谱及其关键技术使用,依据“本体构建七步法”理论,构建知识突破模式体系,实现国防科技成果的高效查询和检索,为用户提供更精准、快捷的科技成果管理服务。
With the diversification,heterogeneity and quantification of data available to users of national defense scientific and technological achievements,as well as their interdisciplinary and cross-domain characteristics,the traditional retrieval methods have failed to meet the user’s demand for accurate and intelligent information acquisition of national defense scientific and technological achievements.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the national defense science and technology report,expounds the step-by-step construction of the knowledge graph of national defense scientific and technological achievements and the use of key technologies,and constructs a knowledge breakthrough model system according to the theory of“seven-step method of ontology construction”,so as to realize the efficient query and retrieval of national defense scientific and technological achievements,and provide users with more accurate and efficient scientific and technological achievement management services.
