喷丝板微孔全自动加工方案设计及微孔钻削技术

摘要 结合喷丝板微孔加工需求设计喷丝板微孔全自动加工方案,首先设计数字化控制精密机械加工机床的硬件结构及控制系统,为解决喷丝板微孔加工刀具磨损补偿不及时、扁钻易折断、盲孔钻屑不易排三方面问题,提出刀具磨损补偿、刀具破损在线监测、盲孔排屑三个功能设计方案,再从底孔工艺参数确定、切削参数优化、扁钻选材及孔底加工对比、扁钻加工问题优化四个方面展开微孔钻削技术应用优化,旨在实现喷丝板微孔全自动加工目标,提高喷丝板微孔加工的质量及效率。 Based on the requirements of spinneret micro-hole machining,the automatic spinneret micro-hole machining scheme is designed.Firstly,the hardware structure and control system of digitally controlled precision machining machine tool are designed.In order to solve the three problems of delayed tool wear compensation,easy breaking of flat drill and difficult row of blind drill chips,Three functional design schemes of tool wear compensation,online monitoring of tool damage and blind hole chip removal are put forward,and the application optimization of micro-hole drilling technology is carried out from four aspects:determination of bottom hole process parameters,optimization of cutting parameters,selection of flat drilling materials and comparison of hole bottom processing,and optimization of flat drilling processing problems,aiming at realizing the goal of automatic micro-hole machining of spinneret and improving the quality and efficiency of micro-hole machining of spinneret.
