摘要
转子动平衡不良是其振动大的主要原因,在尾传动轴结构设计初期,合理给出允许的动不平衡量关系到整根轴的品质好坏。本文在转子动力学理论基础上,通过对直升机传动轴典型结构进行分析,结合试验验证,给出传动轴动平衡量计算方法,为后续尾传动轴设计提供参考。
The poor dynamic balance of the rotor is the main reason for its high vibration.In the early stage of the design of the tail driving shaft,whether the allowable dynamic unbalance can be reasonably given is related to the quality of the shaft.This article is based on rotor dynamics,combined with experiments,the calculation method of dynamic unbalance of the transmission shaft was given,which provides a reference for the subsequent design of the tail driving shaft.
