摘要
做好EPC项目的招投标管理,能够在保证施工进度与质量的前提下,保护承建双方的合法权益,为项目总体规划建设提供可靠参考,保质保量地高效完成。基于此,本文将以EPC项目为背景,围绕招投标管理展开研究,重点阐述了EPC项目与招投标管理的相关概述,深入分析出EPC项目招投标管理的常见问题,最后结合EPC项目特点,提出几点相应的改进对策,旨在完善招投标管理,优化EPC项目建设效果,取得可观的经济效益,望相关人士参考。
Good performance in the bidding and tendering management of EPC projects can protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties on the premise of ensuring the construction progress and quality,provide a reliable reference for the overall planning and construction of the project,and complete the project efficiently with due quality and due quantity.Based on this condition,this paper will take EPC projects as the background,study the bidding and tendering management,focus on the overview of bidding and tendering management of EPC projects,deeply analyze the common problems of bidding and tendering management of EPC projects,and finally put forward several corresponding improvement countermeasures in combination with the characteristics of EPC projects,aiming to improve bidding and tendering management,optimize the construction effect of EPC projects,and achieve considerable economic benefits,for reference.
