摘要
在建筑工程施工中,确保防水和防渗工程质量对于建筑物的安全性和使用寿命至关重要。随着建筑技术的不断发展和对建筑质量要求的不断提高,防水和防渗技术也在不断迭代和创新。本文对建筑工程施工中出现渗漏问题的原因进行了分析,探讨了防水防渗施工的主要技术要点,并对其关键处理措施进行了总结,以期给此类工程施工带来一定的优化效果。
In the building engineering construction,ensuring the quality of waterproofing and seepage prevention projects is crucial for the safety and service life of buildings.With the continuous development of construction technology and the continuous improvement of building quality requirements,waterproofing and seepage prevention technology is also constantly iterative and innovative.This paper analyzes the causes of leakage problems in building engineering construction,discusses the main technical points of waterproofing and seepage prevention construction,and summarizes the key treatment measures,with a view to bringing certain optimization effects to this kind of engineering construction.
