维生素A醋酸酯是维生素A的重要衍生物,具有维持视觉功能、调节上皮组织生长与健康、促进细胞新陈代谢的作用,广泛应用于食品、药品、化妆品等多个领域。总结了7条维生素A醋酸酯合成路线,对维生素A醋酸酯合成方法、安全、环保以及能否工业化等方面进行介绍,可供未来的维生素A醋酸酯合成研究参考。
Vitamin A acetate is an important derivative of vitamin A,which has the functions of maintaining visual function,regulating the growth and health of epithelial tissue,and promoting cell metabolism,and is widely used in food,medicine,cosmetics and other fields.This paper summarizes 7 routes for the synthesis of vitamin A acetate,and introduces the synthesis method,safety,environmental protection and whether it can be industrialized,which can provide reference for future research on vitamin A acetate synthesis.
