摘要
“食品卫生与检验”是食品相关专业的核心课程,该课程理论知识多且实践技能要求高,但具有专业育人的独特优势,因此,利用联系社会热点、案例教学法、角色扮演等多元化教学方式,将专业课授课过程中有机融入思政元素,最终实现专业育人与思政育人同行并进的育人模式。
“Food Hygiene and Inspection”is the core course for food-related majors.This course has a lot of theoretical knowledge and high requirements for practical skills,but it has an unique advantage of professional education.Therefore,this paper uses diversified teaching methods such as contacting social hot spots,case teaching method and role playing to organically integrate ideological and political elements into the teaching process of specialized courses.Finally,professional education and ideological education go hand in hand with the education model.
