摘要
研究了SLD-MAGIC钢在连续冷却过程中的组织转变行为和珠光体相变动力学。通过膨胀仪、光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪和维氏硬度计获得其膨胀曲线、显微组织和维氏硬度,绘制CCT曲线。结果表明:A_(c1)=833℃,A_(ccm)=904℃,M_(s)=192℃。冷却速率为0.01~0.30℃/s和0.1~1.0℃/s时,高温奥氏体分别发生珠光体和贝氏体相变。当冷却速率大于1℃/s时,淬火组织为马氏体和残余奥氏体。通过回归方程,得到冷却速率为0.01、0.02、0.07℃/s下的珠光体相变时间-体积分数的相变动力学模型和生长机制。珠光体相变动力学的Avrami指数n值介于1~3之间,珠光体以一维长大和二维长大。
The transformation behavior and pearlite transformation kinetics of SLD-MAGIC steel during continuous cooling rates were investigated.The dilatometric curves,microstructure and microhardness were studied by thermal dilatometer,OM,SEM,EDS and Vicker's hardness testing system,and CCT curve was plotted.The results show that A_(c1)=833℃,A_(ccm)=904℃and M_(s)=192℃.When the cooling rates is 0.01-0.30℃/s and 0.1-1.0℃/s,the pearlite and bainite phase are transformed respectively from the austenite at high temperature.When the cooling rate is more than 1℃/s,quenched structure is martensite and retained austenite.When the cooling rates are 0.01℃/s,0.02℃/s,0.07℃/s,the model of pearlite transformation time and volume fraction and growth mold are obtained by regression equation.The Avrami exponents n of the pearlite transformation kinetics are between 1 and 3,and the pearlite grows in one dimension and two dimension.
