摘要
自愈合微胶囊可以缓解路面早期开裂问题,对实现交通领域“碳达峰、碳中和”和长寿命沥青路面建设具有重要意义。为了更好地将微胶囊技术应用于沥青路面工程,阐述微胶囊与沥青在实际受力行为中的自愈合效果。采用延度试验探究微胶囊改性沥青的自愈合行为,通过三点弯曲自愈合试验分析微胶囊改性沥青混合料的自愈合效果,并采用Pearson相关分析探究自愈合时间、温度和微胶囊掺量与沥青、沥青混合料自愈合行为的相关性。结果表明:微胶囊掺量、自愈合温度和自愈合时间对延度值和延度愈合率P、自愈合HI影响较大;Pearson相关分析计算微胶囊掺量、自愈合温度、自愈合时间与P、HI的相关系数均大于0.90,三者与自愈合率行为具有强正相关性。微胶囊改性沥青的掺量设置为6%、自愈合时间设置为90min、自愈合温度设置为35℃较为合理。
Self-healing microcapsules can alleviate early cracking issues in road surfaces,holding significant importance for achieving"carbon peak and carbon neutrality"in the transportation sector and extending the lifespan of asphalt road construction.To better apply microcapsule technology to asphalt pavement engineering,it's essential to elucidate the self-healing effects of microcapsules in actual stress conditions with asphalt.In this paper,the self-healing behavior of microcapsule-modified asphalt was explored through ductility tests,and the self-healing effects of microcapsule-modified asphalt mixtures were analyzed through three-point bending self-healing tests.Additionally,Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation between self-healing time,temperature,microcapsule dosage,and the self-healing behavior of asphalt and asphalt mixtures.The results indicated that microcapsule dosage,self-healing temperature,and self-healing time had a significant impact on ductility values and ductility healing rate(P)as well as self-healing index(HI).Pearson correlation analysis revealed strong positive correlations between microcapsule dosage,self-healing temperature,self-healing time,and P and HI,with correlation coefficients exceeding 0.90.Therefore,it was reasonable to set the microcapsule dosage at 6%,self-healing time at 90 min,and self-healing temperature at 35°C for microcapsule-modified asphalt.
