摘要
“互联网+”背景下,社会和公众对档案利用需求呈现全球化、多元化,由对本馆的档案资源需求升级为跨馆、跨区域的利用需求。高校数字档案信息资源区域联盟共享平台构建可以实现同一地区内不同类型、不同规模高校档案机构的资源互补,在更大的平台上为社会提供全方位的档案信息服务。本文结合高校数字档案资源发展现状,分析高校数字档案资源区域联盟共享平台构建的必要性与可行性,探讨高校数字档案资源区域联盟共享平台建设模式并提出建设策略,以契合《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》提出的“将档案查询利用服务融入区域内“一网通办”服务体系”“促进档案公共服务均等化、便捷化”的要求。
Under the background of"Internet+",the demand for archives utilization by society and the public is globalized and diversified,and the demand for archives resources in the library has been upgraded to cross-library and cross-regional utilization demand.The construction of regional alliance sharing platform for digital archival information resources in colleges and universities can realize the complementary resources of different types and sizes of archival institutions in the same region,and provide a full range of archival information services for the society on a larger platform.Based on the current development of digital archive resources in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the construction of regional alliance sharing platform for digital archive resources in colleges and universities,discusses the construction mode of regional alliance sharing platform for digital archive resources in colleges and universities,and puts forward construction strategies.In order to meet the requirements of"the 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of national archives"of"integrating archives inquiry and utilization services into the regional"One network Office"service system"and"promoting the equalization and convenience of archives public services".
