摘要
红色档案蕴含着独特的红色精神和红色文化,是党和国家的宝贵财富,具有极高的时代价值。2021年,《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》中明确提出,要实施文化产业数字化战略,壮大数字创意产业。通过“数字”“创意”“产业”三个维度剖析数字创意产业视角下红色档案文化价值跃升的优势条件,提出将红色档案融入数字藏品产业、影视产业、数字出版产业与数字文旅产业,助力红色文化的多路径传播与全方位展示,提升红色档案的文化内涵和影响力。
The red archives embody unique spirit and culture of‘redness’,representing invaluable treasures of the Party and the nation and holding significant contemporary relevance.In 2021,the 14th Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China and the Outline of Long Range Goals for 2035 explicitly proposed the implementation of the digital strategy for the cultural industry and the growth of the digital creative industry.Through the three dimensions of‘digital’,‘creative’and‘industry’,it analyzes the advantageous conditions for the cultural value leap of red archives from the perspective of digital creative industry.Then it proposes to integrate red archives into the digital collection industry,film and television industry,digital publishing industry and digital tourism industry,to assist in the multi-channel dissemination and comprehensive display of red culture,and enhance the cultural connotation and influence of red archives.
