在传统的化工生产中,设备表面的残留物质已成为生产过程中的一大隐患,可能引发设备故障或产品污染。为解决这一问题,装备清洗机应运而生。该机器不仅能够高效清洗设备表面,还可以精准调控清洗液的用量和比例,确保不对设备材质造成损害,并显著提高生产效率。这种高效的清洗方式为化工生产提供了更加灵活、可控的运营环境,使得工厂能够更快速地响应市场需求变化。基于此,详细介绍了装备清洗机的分类及国内外研究和开发现状,并以吸附式壁面移动机器人为例阐述装备清洗机的控制相关技术,为装备清洗机的发展和安全使用提供重要的指导和依据。
In traditional chemical production,residual substances on the surface of equipment often become a hidden danger in the production process,which may lead to equipment failure or product pollution.In order to solve this problem,the equipment cleaning machine came into being.The machine not only efficiently cleans the surface of the equipment,but also precisely controls the composition of the cleaning fluid,ensuring no damage to the material of the equipment and significantly improving production efficiency.This efficient cleaning method provides a more flexible and controlled operating environment for chemical production,allowing the plant to respond more quickly to changes in market demand.Based on this,the classification of equipment cleaning machine and the research and development status at home and abroad are introduced in detail,and the adsorption wall mobile robot is taken as an example to elaborate the control related technology of equipment cleaning machine,which provides important guidance and basis for the development and safe use of equipment cleaning machine.
