摘要 为了解决建筑给排水节能节水问题,以某小区为例,结合其实际用水量,在给排水系统中应用中水回用系统、雨水收集及再利用系统、太阳能热水系统、变频节能泵站技术等措施,有效降低了小区整体能耗。采用变频节能泵站技术后,小区电能节能率达55%以上;采用太阳能热水系统后,月电耗量从原来的2040 kW·h降至778 kW·h,确保了供水稳定性,实现了水资源及电能资源的循环利用。 In order to solve the problem of energy saving and water saving in building water supply and drainage,the study takes a community as an example;combines with its actual water consumption;and applies water reuse system,rainwater collection and reuse system,solar hot water system,frequency conversion energy-saving pump station technology in the water supply and drainage system,so as to effectively reduce the overall energy consumption of the community.After the use of frequency conversion energy-saving pump station technology,the energy saving rate of the community is more than 55%.With the solar water heating system,the monthly electricity consumption is reduced from the original 2040 kW·h to 778kW·h.The stability of water supply is ensured,and the circulation utilization of water source and electric energy source is realized.
