摘要
2023年是全面贯彻党的二十大精神的开局之年,是落实国家新一轮《太湖流域水环境综合治理总体方案》的起步之年。本文从水系治理现状入手,剖析水环境存在的问题,为钟楼区系统治理区域水生态环境提出对策建议。
The year 2023 marks the beginning of the full implementation of the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress and the start of the new round of the"Overall Plan for Comprehensive Water Environment Management of Taihu Basin."This paper begins with the current state of water system management,analyzing existing problems in the water environment,and proposes strategies and suggestions for the systematic management of the aquatic ecological environment in the Zhonglou District.
