摘要
人工智能对就业效应的影响是当前社会关注的焦点话题。基于广州市银行从业人员调研数据,实证考察人工智能应用对银行青年从业人员就业质量的影响。研究发现,人工智能应用有效提升了银行青年从业人员的就业质量,其影响主要体现在对客观就业质量指标的影响,而对主观就业质量指标的影响不显著。据此银行青年从业人员应不断提升个人数字认知与工作技能并积极调整职业发展策略,银行也应积极引进人工智能业务应用并做好人才的数字化战略转型,政府相关部门则应积极利用舆论宣传,引导并推动全社会数字素养不断提升。
The employment effect of artificial intelligence is the focus topic of current society.Based on the survey of bank employees in Guangzhou City,the study empirically examines the effect of artificial intelligence application on the employment quality of young bank employees.The research finds that the application of artificial intelligence effectively improves the employment quality of young bank employees,and its effect is mainly reflected in the impact on the objective employment quality index,but the impact on the subjective employment quality index is not significant.Individuals should enhance digital cognition and work skills and actively adjust career development strategies.Banks should actively embrace the application of artificial intelligence business and do a good job in the digital transformation of human resources strategy.The government should actively guide the public opinion,and promote the improvement of digital literacy in the whole society.
