摘要
“富煤、贫油、少气”是我国能源资源的基本特征,决定了煤炭在我国能源消费结构中占主要位置,而煤本身是碳排放强度最高的化石能源。相较于煤电行业,现代煤化工可将原料煤中部分碳固定在主副产品中,且发挥着保障国家能源安全的作用。煤制烯烃是实现煤炭清洁高效利用的主要路径之一,但面对2030年前实现碳达峰,2060年前实现碳中和的“双碳”目标,煤制烯烃的降碳仍需引起足够重视。以国内某典型煤制烯烃项目为研究对象,分析了近5年能源转化效率、产能利用率、CO_(2)排放量和吨聚烯烃产品CO_(2)排放量,总结能源高效利用的影响因素,浅析了碳资产管理和利用的主要路径,并对煤制烯烃行业绿色、清洁、低碳发展方向进行了探讨。
"Coal-rich,oil-poor,gas-poor"is the basic characteristics of China's energy resources,determining the major position of coal in China's energy consumption structure,and coal itself is the highest carbon intensity of fossil fuels.Compared with the coal power industry,modern coal chemical industry can fix part of the raw coal carbon in the products,and play a role in guaranteeing national energy security.Coal to olefin is one of the main paths to achieve clean and efficient use of coal,but considering the"double carbon"goal of achieving carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060,the carbon reduction of coal to olefin still needs sufficient attention.Taking a typical coal-to-olefin project in China as the research object,we analyse the energy conversion efficiency,capacity utilisation rate,total CO_(2)emission and CO_(2)emission of tonnes of polyolefin products in the past 5 years.The influencing factors of efficient energy utilisation,analyse the main paths of carbon asset management and utilisation were summarised,and the direction of green,clean and low-carbon development of the coal-to-olefin industry was discussecl.
