纯梁采油厂首站纯化外输水质改性体系测试

摘要 针对纯梁采油厂注水延程以及井下管柱普遍存在结垢现象导致水井增注有效期短、测试遇阻等问题,采用室内水样结垢离子分析、垢样分析及室内药剂筛选评价等方法对水质改性工艺调整与优化技术进行研究。结果表明:目前首站纯化外输水成垢离子发生了较大变化,有较高的Ba2+存在;注水沿程结垢类型以BaCO_(3)为主,注水井井筒结垢以CaCO_(3)为主。同时筛选出首站水质改性体系配方,在确保外输水质合格的前提下,降低外输水结垢趋势,减轻管网与井下管柱结垢程度,达到进一步提升水井增注效果以及测试调配成功率的目的。 Aiming at the problems of water injection prolongation in Chunliang Oil Production Plant and scal-ing phenomenon generally existing in downhole strings,such as short effective period of water wellinjection in-creasing,test resistance,etc.Indoor water sample scaling ion analysis,scaling sample analysis and indoor agent screening evaluation were used to study the water quality modification process adjustment and optimiza-tion technology.Results showed that the scaling ions of purified external water delivery in the initial station had changed greatly at present with high Ba*.The scaling type along the water injection was mainly BaCO_(3),and the scaling in the water injection well bore was mainly CaCO_(3).At the same time,on the premise of ensuring the compliance rate of external water quality,the scaling trend of external water transmission was reduced,the scaling degree of pipe network and downhole pipe string was reduced,so as to further improve the injection in-crease effect of water wells and increase the success rate of testing and debugging.
