摘要
为解决天津市“多规合一”平台在建设过程中遇到的数据密集型、并发访问密集型和时空密集型等问题,本文基于云GIS技术,在云计算环境下搭建GIS应用,实现计算资源、存储资源、GIS资源的弹性管理和按需分配,既提高基础计算资源利用效率,又解决传统Web GIS项目中运维投入过高,快速响应能力不足,安全性能无法保障等问题。
In order to solve the problems of data intensive,concurrent access intensive and spatiotemporal intensive encountered in the construction process of Tianjin"multi plan coordination"platform,this paper builds GIS application in a cloud computing environment based on cloud GIS technology,and realizes the flexible management and on demand distribution of computing resources,storage resources,and GIS resources,which not only improves the utilization efficiency of basic computing resource,but also solves the problems such as excessive operation and maintenance investment,insufficient rapid response ability and insufficient security performance in traditional Web GIS projects.
