摘要
随着大量分布式电源接入配电网,分布式电源总发电功率大于负载需求功率时,会导致配电网发生潮流倒送。倒送电流大于馈线或者配变额定电流时会发生反向过负荷,并且会显著提升馈线节点电压甚至发生电压越限,影响电力系统的安全稳定运行,因此有源配电网潮流越限已成为当前电网急需解决的问题。为此,通过研究计算馈线负载功率、分布式电源发电功率及分析电网运行拓扑关系,提出采用台区功率互济、分布式电源限制发电策略及10 kV馈线负载均衡策略,能够有效解决电网潮流越限问题。
With the large-scale integration of distributed generation into distribution network,when total generation power of distributed power sources exceeds the load demand power,it will cause power flow reversal in the distribution network.When reversal flow current is greater than rated current of feeder or distribution transformer,reverse overload will occur,and voltage of feeder nodes will significantly increas or even exceed the limit,affecting safe and stable operation of power system.Therefore power flow violation has currently become an urgent problem in power grid.This article studies and calculates the load power of feeder lines and distributed generation power,and analyzes topology relationship of power grid operation.It proposes the strategies of power mutual aid in substation areas,distributed power generation restriction,and 10 kV feeder load balancing,aiming at effective handling of power flow violation problem in power grid.
