摘要
膜切加捻成纱是一种新型的成纱方式,其通过将高聚物薄膜、非织造布、纸张等片状材料分切成窄条再加捻成纱,缩短了传统短纤纺纱工艺流程。文章综述了以高聚物薄膜、非织造布、纸张3种材料成纱的生产工艺流程、纱线的性能及应用,并分析了现有研究中存在的问题,为后续研究提供了方向。
As a new method of spinning,film cutting and twisting into yarn shortens the traditional staple spinning process by cutting polymer films,nonwovens,paper and other sheet materials into narrow strips and then twisting them into yarn.The article reviews the production process,yarn properties and applications of yarns made of three materials,namely,polymer film,nonwovens and paper,analyzes the problems in the existing research,and provides the direction for the subsequent research.
