摘要
深覆患者前牙的拉伸和剪切应力较大,前牙修复体破损或折断的风险较高。本文完整展示1例伴前牙牙折及过小牙的安氏Ⅱ类错及深覆病例的全数字化修复过程,采用口内扫描、面部扫描、下颌运动轨迹描记采集患者相应数据,从而进行数字化美学分析及咬合设计,通过三维打印数字化诊断蜡型,计算机辅助制作树脂贴面,最后完成计算机辅助制作瓷贴面修复,并改善患者前牙美学缺陷。该病例的全数字化修复流程提示,数字化技术在提高修复体制作精确度、缩短临床调时间、减小修复风险的同时,可获得预期的美学效果。
