摘要
随着超声无损检测技术的不断进步与发展,其在检测精度方面的要求也逐渐提高。本文利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件对金属板材试件通孔缺陷进行超声无损仿真,通过将仿真得到的A扫结果导入Matlab软件中并应用Stolt偏移算法和全聚焦(TFM)算法进行优化处理,最终获得二维B扫图像,并在此基础上对B扫图像进行沿Y轴的空间叠加处理,以获得三维缺陷反演结果。与全聚焦(TFM)算法相比,Stolt算法具有更高的精确度,同时Stolt算法在傅里叶域中引入线性插值进行计算,计算速度较快,对于缺陷实时检测和准确性的评估具有重要意义。
With the continuous progress and development of ultrasonic non-destructive testing technology,the requirements in terms of testing accuracy are also gradually increasing.In this paper,we use COMSOL Multiphysics software to carry out ultrasonic nondestructive simulation of through-hole defects in sheet metal specimens,and finally obtain two-dimensional B-sweep images by importing the A-sweep results obtained from the simulation into Matlab software and applying the Stolt offset algorithm and the total focus(TFM)algorithm for optimisation.The final 2D B-sweep image is obtained and based on this,the B-sweep image is spatially superimposed along the Y-axis to obtain 3D defect inversion results.Compared with the TFM algorithm,the Stolt algorithm has higher accuracy.and the Stolt algorithm introduces linear interpolation in the Fourier domain for faster computation,which is important for real-time defect detection and accuracy assessment.
