施胶方式对不同密度刨花层积材性能的影响

摘要 以辐射松(Pinus radiata)窄长薄平刨花和酚醛树脂为原料制备刨花层积材(laminated strand lumber,LSL),研究浸胶和喷胶两种施胶方式对LSL中树脂分布、剖面密度、耐水性能和弯曲性能的影响。结果表明:采用两种不同施胶方式时,树脂在刨花表面和刨花内部渗透深度存在差异。浸胶方式时树脂渗入刨花内部,有利于增强刨花单元;喷胶方式时刨花单元表面树脂含量高,有利于刨花单元间形成良好的胶合界面。LSL的密度从0.80 g/cm^(3)增大到1.00 g/cm^(3),施胶方式对LSL的抗弯性能和吸水率影响显著,对吸水厚度膨胀率没有显著影响。当密度为1.00 g/cm^(3)时,浸胶方式制备的LSL具有较高的MOE(19.9 GPa),但在耐水试验中易因胶合失效出现刨花间胶层剥离的现象;喷胶方式制备的LSL则具有较高的MOR(126.8 MPa),在耐水试验中刨花间胶层不易剥离。 The effects of glue spreading methods on the density profile,resin distribution,water resistance,and bending properties of laminated strand lumber(LSL)with different densities were investigated using Pinus radiata strands and phenolic resin as raw materials.The results indicated that the resin content on the surface of the strand and the penetration depth of the resin into the strand were different when two spreading methods were applied.The resin prepared by the dipping method penetrates the strands,which was conducive to the reinforcement of the strands.The surface on the strands prepared by the spraying method had higher resin content,which was conducive to the formation of a good gluing interface between the units.As the density elevated from 0.80 g/cm^(3) to 1.00 g/cm^(3),the glue spreading methods significantly affected the bending properties and water absorption of LSL,while there was no significant effect on the thickness swelling rate of LSL.When the density was 1.00 g/cm^(3),the LSL prepared by the dipping method had a higher MOE(19.9 GPa).Nevertheless,it was susceptible to delamination within the adhesive layer situated between the strands during the water resistance test.The LSL prepared by spraying method had a higher MOR(126.8 MPa),and the glue layer between the strands was less prone to delamination in the water resistance test.
