摘要
磁共振加权成像技术对肺内孤立性肿块鉴别诊断价值越来越重要,不仅能提供病变的形态学信息,能够在微观分子水平上反映病灶的性质,能够反映肿块组织内部的成分,鉴别病变组织的良恶性,为肺癌的早期诊断、鉴别诊断、分期及预后监测疗效提供一种临床可行的有价值的成像方法。
Weighted magnetic resonance imaging is becoming more and more important in the differential diagnosis of isolated pulmonary masses.It can not only provide morphological information of the lesion,but also reflect the nature of the lesion at the microscopic molecular level,reflect the internal composition of the tumor tissue,and distinguish the benign and malignant lesions.It provides a comparative advantage for the early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer,and provides a simple,feasible and meaningful imaging method for the evaluation,diagnosis,differentiation,staging and monitoring of the efficacy of cancer.
