摘要
某工业地块经过地块初调详调结果表明,土壤中铜、镍、铅、镉、六价铬超过相关筛选值,不满足一类建设用地规划用途要求,需进行化学试剂淋洗修复后检测评估。按布点方案分别对基坑底部、基坑侧壁以及潜在二次污染区域进行检测。经土壤修复后重金属检测数据均小于修复目标值,质量控制数据表明检测精密度和准确度均满足修复检测规范要求。检测评估表明该修复后工业地块已无污染暴露风险,可以按照规划的类别安全利用。
The results of the detailed preliminary survey of an industrial plot show that the copper,nickel,lead,cadmium and Hexavalent chromium in the soil exceed the relevant screening values,which do not meet the requirements for the planned use of Class I construction land,and need to be tested and evaluated after chemical reagent leaching and remediation.Detect the bottom of the foundation pit,the side walls of the foundation pit,and potential secondary pollution areas according to the layout plan.After soil remediation,the heavy metal detection data were all lower than the remediation target value,and the quality control data showed that the detection precision and accuracy met the requirements of remediation detection specifications.The inspection and evaluation indicate that the repaired industrial land has no pollution exposure risk and can be safely utilized according to the planned category.
