强力霉素氯代母液中乙酰苯胺回收工艺优化

摘要 目的:优化氯代土霉素母液中乙酰苯胺的回收工艺;方法:乙酰苯胺是强力霉素生产中的重要原料,本技术利用乙酰苯胺可溶解于乙醚的理化特性,不需转料固化直接溶解,考察了乙醚加入量对残渣中乙酰苯胺残留的影响、加入水的蒸发量对乙醚残留的影响及传统回收乙酰苯胺方法的对比;结论:此工艺技术无需进行固体的转料,确定了加入乙醚量为与固体残渣质量比为2.5∶1、蒸发的水量与加入水量体积之比1∶2,提高乙酰苯胺的回收率达90%以上,含量达98%以上。 Purpose:Optimizing the recovery process of antipyretic ice from chlortetracycline mother liquor.Method:Acetanilide is an important raw material in the production of doxycycline.This technology utilizes the physicochemical properties of acetanilide,which can be dissolved in ether without the need for material conversion and solidification.The effect of ether addition on acetanilide residue in the residue,the effect of added water evaporation on ether residue,and the comparison of traditional methods for recovering and cooling ice were investigated.Conclusion This process technology does not require solid material conversion,and the ratio of adding ether to solid residue is determined to be 2.5∶1,and the ratio of evaporated water to added water is 1∶2.This improves the recovery efficiency of acetanilide by over 90%,and the content reaches over 98%.
