摘要
京津冀档案资源协同开发对于京津冀协同发展以及京津冀区域文化的发展具有重要意义。国家文化数字化战略为京津冀档案资源协同开发提供了更广阔的发展空间。通过对京津冀档案资源协同开发现状进行梳理和分析,探索发现面向国家文化数字化战略的京津冀档案资源协同开发的提升空间,从完善顶层规划、强化多元主体参与、加强京津冀档案资源共享平台建设、提升档案资源协同开发成果的吸引力四方面提出面向国家文化数字化战略的京津冀档案资源协同开发的关键策略,有助于为国家文化数字化战略的实施以及京津冀协同发展贡献档案力量。
The collaborative development of archives resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is of great significance to the collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the development of regional culture.The national cultural digitization strategy provides a broader development space for the collaborative development of archives resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Through sorting out and analyzing the current situation of the collaborative development of archives resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the improvement space of the collaborative development of archives resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei for the national cultural digitization strategy is explored and found.The key strategies for the collaborative development of archives resources in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are proposed from four aspects:improving the top-level planning,strengthening the participation of multiple subjects,strengthening the construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei archive resources sharing platform,and enhancing the attractiveness of the achievements of the collaborative development of archives resources,which will help contribute archives to the implementation of the national cultural digitalization strategy and the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
