洛溪大桥拓宽工程主梁快速架设施工方案设计 被引量:1

摘要 在洛溪大桥拓宽工程中,该桥为主跨305m的双塔双索面叠合梁斜拉桥,主梁采用(30+95+305+110+30)m钢混叠合梁。针对该桥承受荷载大、通航要求高、工期紧、任务重等特点,制订施工方案为:首先在桥塔处设置钢管柱式支架,利用浮式起重机进行0/1号块叠合梁的支架拼装施工,并进行0号块临时固结;其次运用提梁站将叠合梁标准节段散件提升至桥面,通过多功能桥面吊机从尾部桥面取件并进行标准梁段散件的悬拼施工;再次,在边跨桥墩和临时墩处设立支架,由履带式起重机自地面起吊散件,在支架上进行拼装施工;最后,仍然采用悬拼施工进行合龙,依次拆除临时固结,完成体系转换。 In the widening project of Luoxi Bridge,the bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with double-tower and double-cable plan composite girder,whose main span is 305m,the main girder is composed of 30m+95m+305m+110m+30m steel-concrete composite girders.In view of the characteristics of the bridge,such as large load bearing,high navigation requirements,tight construction period and heavy tasks and so on,the construction scheme is proposed as follows.Firstly,the steel pipe column bracket is set up at the bridge tower,the bracket assembly construction of the No.0/No.1 block composite girder is carried out by using the floating crane,and the temporary consolidation of the No.0 block is carried out.Secondly,the standard segmental parts of the composite girder are lifted to the bridge deck by the lifting girder station,and the parts are taken from the tail bridge deck by the multi-functional bridge deck crane and the suspension construction of the standard segmental parts is carried out.Then,a bracket is set up at the side span pier and the temporary pier,and the crawler crane lifts the parts from the ground and assembles them on the bracket.Finally,the suspension construction is still used for closure,and the temporary consolidation is removed in turn to complete the system conversion.
