摘要
动物疾病给畜牧业的发展造成了巨大的经济损失。疫苗接种是对抗病毒性疾病的重要工具,但其作用并不总是有效的。与提高预防和管理水平相比,遗传选择的优点是累积的,并影响到牲畜的所有后代。当前,育种目标已经从最初的生产驱动向旨在同时提高生产、效率、健康和功能性状的平衡育种转变。恢复力的遗传改良符合平衡育种的理念。该文主要综述了关于猪疾病恢复力的相关研究进展,探讨了人工智能在恢复力研究中的应用等,分析了当前恢复力研究存在的机遇与挑战等,这为猪抗病工作提供一定的参考价值。
Animal diseases have caused great economic losses to the development of animal husbandry.Vaccination is an important tool in the fight against viral diseases,but its role is not always effective.The advantages of genetic selection over increasing levels of prevention and management are cumulative and affect all future generations of livestock.At present,the goal of breeding has changed from the initial production drive to the balanced breeding aiming at improving production,efficiency,health and functional traits at the same time.Genetic improvement of resilience is in line with the concept of balanced breeding.In this paper,the research progress of pig disease resilience at home and abroad was reviewed,the application of artificial intelligence in resilience research was discussed,and the opportunities and challenges of current resilience research were analyzed,which provided some reference value for pig disease resistance work.
