摘要
目的:探究妇宁阴道膨胀栓与重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾片治疗高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)持续感染的临床效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年8月银川市第一人民医院、银川市中医医院、银川市妇幼保健院收治的HR-HPV持续感染患者118例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各59例。试验组给予妇宁阴道膨胀栓治疗,对照组给予重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组腰腹坠痛、阴道分泌物异常、外阴瘙痒症状消失占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.018);治疗1、2、3个月后,两组HR-HPV病毒平均载量均较治疗前下降,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:妇宁阴道膨胀栓治疗HR-HPV持续感染的有效性及安全性良好,且对于HR-HPV合并CINⅠ患者,其疗效优于重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾片。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Funing vaginal swelling suppositories and recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent tablet in the treatment of high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)persistent infection.Methods:A total of 118 patients with HR-HPV persistent infection who were treated in the First People's Hospital of Yinchuan,Yinchuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yinchuan Women and Children Healthcare Hospital from February 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the observation subjects.They were divided into control group and test group according to random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The test group was treated with Funing vaginal swelling suppositories and the control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent tablet.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The proportions of waist and abdominal bearing-down pain,abnormal vaginal discharge,and pruritus vulvae symptom disappearance in the test group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the test group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.018).After 1,2,3 months of treatment,the average HR-HPV viral load in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the viral load in the test group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.001).Conclusion:Funing vaginal swelling suppositorie has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of HR-HPV persistent infection,and its efficacy is superior to that of recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent tablet in patients with HR-HPV complicated with CIN(I).
