摘要
目的:探讨急诊科护理在急性心肌梗死患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年3月清远市清城区石角镇卫生院收治的72例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各36例。对照组给予常规急诊救治,观察组在对照组基础上采用急诊科护理。比较两组救治效果。结果:观察组心律失常、心源性休克发生率低于对照组,抢救成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,两组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于入院时,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014)。结论:急诊科护理在急性心肌梗死患者护理中的应用效果显著,可提升患者抢救成功率,消除心理负担,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of emergency department nursing in acute myocardial infarction patients.Methods:A total of seventy-two patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Qingyuan Qingcheng District Shijiao Town Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with thirty-six patients in each group.The control group received routine emergency treatment,and the observation group received emergency department nursing on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The incidence of arrhythmia and cardiogenic shock in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the success rate of rescue was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);At admission,there was no significant difference in Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);At discharge,HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those at admission,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014).Conclusion:The application of emergency department nursing in the nursing of acute myocardial infarction patients is remarkable,which can improve the success rate of rescue,eliminate psychological burden and improve nursing satisfaction.
