摘要
目的分析不同严重程度妊娠高血压患者的心电图变化。方法选择2022年1月至12月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的60例妊娠高血压患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按病情严重程度分为轻度组、中度组、重度组,每组各20例,另选择同期30例正常孕妇作为对照组,比较各组心电图检查结果及相关指标变化。结果各组心电图异常总检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组比较,轻度组、中度组、重度组的异常总检出率更高(P<0.05),重度组的异常总检出率高于轻度组、中度组(P<0.05);各组QRS波群宽度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),各组心率、RR间期、QT间期、QTd间期、P波宽度、QTc间期比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组比较,轻度组、中度组、重度组的心率更低(P<0.05),重度组RR间期、QT间期、QTd间期、P波宽度、QTc间期长于轻度组、中度组及对照组(P<0.05)。结论不同严重程度的妊娠高血压患者的心电图存在较大差异,并显示出不同特点,临床可以通过心电图监测病情变化。
Objective To analyze the change of electrocardiogram in patients with different severity of gestational hypertension.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the severity of the disease,they were divided into mild group,moderate group and severe group,with 20 cases in each group.In addition,30 normal pregnant women in the same period were selected as the control group.The electrocardiogram results and related indexes were compared among the groups.Results There was a significant difference in the total detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram in each group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total abnormal detection rate of the mild,moderate and severe groups was higher(P<0.05).The total abnormal detection rate of severe group was higher than that of mild group and moderate group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the width of QRS complex among groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in heart rate,RR interval,QT interval,QTd interval,P wave width,and QTc interval between groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the mild,moderate and severe groups had lower heart rate(P<0.05).The RR interval,QT interval,QTd interval,P wave width and QTc interval in severe group were longer than those in mild group,moderate group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The electrocardiogram of patients with gestational hypertension of different severity has great difference and shows different characteristics.Clinical changes can be monitored by electrocardiogram.
