摘要
伴随国家新型城镇化、“一带一路”工程建设、《西部陆海新通道总体规划》的实施,本文基于国内外相关研究成果,结合《中国港口年鉴》和《中国城市统计年鉴》中的指标与数据,构建港产城融合水平综合发展指标,使用耦合协调度模型分析港产城融合水平,运用障碍度模型分析产城融合的提升方向。研究表明:防城港、钦州、北海3个城市的港产城发展水平状况存在不同,港产城融合水平以磨合型为主,存在融合水平不平衡不均匀的现象,城市发展成为主要阻碍港产城融合水平的因素。基于各城市的经济基础、自然环境、资源配置和制约因素,本文提出对广西沿海城市港产城融合的建议,以供参考。
With the implementation of the new urbanization policy,the"Belt and Road"initiative,and the overall plan for the"Western Land-Sea New Channel,"this paper,based on relevant research at home and abroad,combined with indicators and data from"China Port Yearbook"and"China Urban Statistical Yearbook,"constructs a comprehensive development index for the integration level of port-industry-city.The coupling coordination degree model is employed to analyze the integration level,and the obstacle degree model is used to analyze the direction for enhancing the integration of industry and city.The research shows that the development level of port-industry-city in Fangchenggang,Qinzhou,and Beihai is diff erent.The integration of port-industry-city is running-in type mainly.There is an imbalance and uneven phenomenon of integration level.Urban development has become the main factor hindering the integration level of portindustry-city.Based on the economic foundation,natural environment,resource allocation,and constraints of each city,this article puts forward some suggestions on the integration of port,industry,and city in Guangxi coastal cities for reference.
