摘要
数字经济时代,发展流通数字化是现代农产品流通领域的改革方向,也是健全现代化农产品流通体系、解决农产品流通效率的重要手段。本文基于流通数字化对农产品流通效率的作用机理,以2013—2021年全国31个省市自治区(不包含港澳台地区)的面板数据为样本,通过主成分分析法和DEA法分别量化流通数字化水平以及农产品流通效率,再利用面板固定效应回归模型和门槛回归方法进行实证研究,以期促进流通数字化和农产品流通效率的发展。研究表明:(1)流通数字化和农产品流通效率在不同地区发展水平不同;(2)流通数字化对农产品流通效率具有促进作用,流通数字化对农产品流通效率的影响呈现区域差异性;(3)第三产业增加值指数作为门槛时,流通数字化水平与农产品流通效率之间存在非线性溢出效应。因此,文章提出相关建议:(1)鼓励农产品流通体系向数字化转型升级,推出区域差异发展政策,因地制宜;(2)推动农村经济发展,提升农业机械化水平和金融发展水平;(3)鼓励技术创新,大力发展第三产业,提升流通服务水平。
In the era of the digital economy,circulation digitization is the reforming direction in the fi eld of modern agricultural product circulation.It is also important to improve the modern agricultural product circulation system and solve the effi ciency of agricultural product circulation.Based on the circulation digitization mechanism on the agricultural product circulation effi ciency,this article takes the panel data of 31 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions in China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan)from 2013 to 2021 as a sample,quantifi es the circulation digitization level and the agricultural product circulation efficiency by principal component analysis and DEA respectively.Then,the panel fi xed eff ect regression model and threshold regression method are used to conduct empirical research in order to promote the circulation digitization development and agricultural product circulation effi ciency.The result shows that:(1)The development level of circulation digitization and agricultural product circulation effi ciency is diff erent in diff erent regions;(2)Circulation digitization has a promoting eff ect on the agricultural product circulation effi ciency,and the impact of circulation digitization on the agricultural product circulation effi ciency shows regional diff erences;(3)When the added value index of the tertiary industry is used as the threshold,there is a nonlinear spillover eff ect between the circulation digitization level and the agricultural product circulation efficiency.Therefore,this article puts forward the following suggestions:(1)Encourage the digital transformation and upgrading of the agricultural product circulation system,introduce regional diff erential development policies,and adjust measures to local conditions;(2)Promote rural economic development,improve the level of agricultural mechanization and financial development;(3)Encourage technological innovation,vigorously develop the tertiary industry,improve the circulation service level.
