摘要
目的:探究临床药师在脑病科活血化瘀类中药注射剂合理应用中的作用。方法:选取2022年1—12月南通市如东县中医院脑病科使用活血化瘀类中药注射剂治疗的患者512例,随机分为研究组与常规组,各256例。常规组采用常规管理,研究组在常规管理基础上增加临床药师干预。对比两组使用活血化瘀注射剂使用情况,分析两组患者不良反应,活血化瘀类中药注射剂费用和住院费用。结果:研究组活血化瘀注射剂使用率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);研究组不良反应发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);研究组活血化瘀类中药注射剂费用和住院费用低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在脑病科使用活血化瘀类注射剂时增加临床药师干预,能够降低活血化瘀注射剂使用率、用药不良反应及活血化瘀类中药注射剂费用和住院费用,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the rational application of blood-invigorating and bloodstasis-dissolving traditional Chinese medicine injections in neurological diseases.Methods:512 patients treated with blood-invig⁃orating and blood-stasis-dissolving traditional Chinese medicine injections in neurological department of Rudong County Hospi⁃tal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nantong City,China,from January to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided in⁃to the study group and the routine group,with 256 cases each.The routine group used routine administration,and the study group added clinical pharmacist intervention on the basis of routine administration.The information of patients in two groups during the administration was collected;their adverse reactions,the cost of injections and the financial spend in the hospital stay of in the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The injection application rate in the study group was lower than that in the routine group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.001);the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the routine group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.001);the cost of injections and the finan⁃cial spend during the hospital stay of the study group were lower than those of the routine group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion:clinical pharmacist intervention in the application of blood-activating and stasis-dissolving in⁃jections in neurological Department can reduce the utilization rate of these injections,and their adverse drug reactions,and economize the hospital stay spend.
