摘要
目的:探究中药熏洗坐浴对混合痔术后伤口愈合的疗效。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年4月于松桃苗族自治县民族中医院接受手术治疗的混合痔患者110例作为研究对象,以随机分组的方式分为两组,各55例。两组患者所用手术方式一致,在术后观察组患者以中药熏洗坐浴继续治疗,对照组患者使用碘伏温水坐浴治疗方式。比较两组患者术后伤口局部水肿消退时间、创面愈合时间以及疼痛评分。结果:观察组伤口局部水肿消退时间、创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组疼痛评分均降低,且观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔患者在术后使用中药熏洗坐浴的方式继续治疗,能够有效缩短创面愈合与水肿消退的时间,同时减轻患者的疼痛。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and sitting bath on wound healing after mixed hemorrhoid operation.Methods:A total of one hundred and ten patients with mixed hemorrhoids who received surgical treatment in Songtao Miao Autonomous County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Nationalities from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into two groups with fifty-five cases in each group.The two groups of patients were treated with the same surgical methods.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation bath after surgery,while the control group was treated with iodophor warm water bath.The time of local wound edema resolution,wound healing time and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of local edema resolution and wound healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before intervention,there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the pain scores of both groups were decreased,and the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with mixed hemorrhoids,continuous treatment with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and sitting bath can effectively shorten the time of wound healing and edema remission,and reduce the pain of patients.
