摘要
目的:单孔与传统多操作孔胸腔镜肺结节切除手术治疗肺癌的效果。方法:选择2019年3月—2022年3月平邑县人民医院收治的肺癌患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,各39例。对照组患者在接受治疗时选择的手术方案为传统多操作孔手术。试验组患者在接受处理时,采用单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除及系统性淋巴结清扫手术。在完成手术后,研究人员记录患者的手术指标以及患者的肺功能变化状况,并分析两种手术方案在应用过程中的质量。结果:试验组手术出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组手术时间、恢复下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率(7.69%)低于对照组(20.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在针对肺癌患者的治疗中,相对于传统多操作孔胸腔镜手术,单孔胸腔镜肺叶切除及系统性淋巴结清扫手术具有更好的效果。
Objective:To analyze the effect of uniportal versus traditional multi-portal thoracoscopic lobectomy for lung cancer.Methods:78 cases of lung cancer patients admitted to the People's Hospital of Pingyi County from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each with 39 cases.The patients of the control group were operated with traditional multi-portal thoracoscooic lobectomy,while the patients in the experimental group with uniportal thoracoscopic lobectomy and systematic lymph node dissection.The surgical indexes of the patients as well as the change status of the patients'lung function of both groups were recorded and analyzed.Results:The volume of bleeding during the operation in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the operation length of time,the time for first off-bed activities,and the duration of hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group(7.69%)was lower than that of the control group(20.51%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment for lung cancer patients,uniportal thoracoscopic lobectomy and systematic lymph node dissection has better results compared with multi-portal thoracoscopic surgery.
