摘要
目的:分析综合性护理在先天性食管闭锁患儿术后护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年5月贵阳市妇幼保健院收治的80例先天性食管闭锁患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法法分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:两组手术时间、术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组住院时间、切口愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);术前、术中60 min、术中120 min,两组体温比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,观察组体温高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。观察组家属护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。结论:综合性护理在先天性食管闭锁患儿术后护理中的应用效果显著,可促进术后体温恢复,加快康复速度,降低并发症发生率,提高家属护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in postoperative nursing of children with congenital esophageal atresia.Methods:A total of 80 children with congenital esophageal atresia admitted to Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in operation time and blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The hospitalization time and incision healing time of observation group were shorter than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups before operation,60 min during operation and 120 min during operation(P>0.05).After operation,the body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).The nursing satisfaction of family members in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in postoperative nursing of children with congenital esophageal atresia is remarkable,which can promote postoperative temperature recovery,speed up recovery,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members.
